I was born in Suffolk and have lived here all my life surrounded by my family. Although I have travelled the world I am always drawn back to the Suffolk landscape. I love the skies, the light, the air, and the flatness - especially when I am on my bike. I really enjoy teaching other women safe cycling skills so that they can get out there and feel the freedom for themselves.

Cycling through the Suffolk countryside gives me that feeling of aliveness and independence. When Jen took me on one of her cycle rides I was blown away by the whole experience and especially by her amazing knowledge of the area. We decided to team up to create a small, independent and personal cycle tour and training business for women.
