What is included in the price?
The price includes hire of a bicycle and all accessories such as helmets, high visibility tabards, cycle clips and racktop bags. You will be accompanied by a qualified cycle instructor and experienced guide who will take care of you. We also provide a complimentary tea or coffee at The Teapot, and a bottle of water for the ride. Meals are not included in the price.
When can we go out on a ride?
The Pink Sky season runs from 1st March to 31st October. Rides take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Early booking is advised as places are limited.
How far will we cycle?
We offer several different rides of varying distances (5/10/15 miles) or we can tailor any of our standard rides to suit your needs. Please ring Jen 07753328544 or Noelle 07708976236 for advice. All rides are circular and start and finish in Wickham Market.
What sort of bikes will we be riding?
We have carefully chosen modern quality Claud Butler bicycles for our rides. These are women specific mountain bikes with Velo Plush anatomic saddles and front suspension.They have easy to use gears and a comfortable upright riding position.
What shall I wear?
No need to go out and buy a fluorescent lycra outfit, anything that is comfortable and easy to move in is fine. Wear layers that you can remove as you warm up. When we stop for a break you will cool down, so bring a light jacket to keep you warm. If it rains a waterproof jacket would be good.
How do we get there?
We can advise you on all travel arrangements so please ring to discuss. There is plenty of parking in and around Wickham Market. It is also possible to arrive by train and we can collect you from the station if necessary.
