Details of cycling training available for women in Suffolk.

We are both CTC Accredited Instructors, having passed the CTC National Standard Instructor Training Course, and are qualified to teach cycling to Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the National Standard.  We offer one-to-one tuition or group sessions with up to six adults and can devise a training package to suit your needs.

We provide Dawes Red Feather bikes for training and all accessories which we transport to a pre-arranged training site.  So if you want to learn to ride a bike from scratch,  need a refresher session to get you back in the saddle, or want to learn about the new National Standards, contact us -  Jennie 07753328544 (email lanmangreenhalgh@yahoo.co.uk) or Noelle 07708976236 (email noelle.peacock1@btinternet.com)

We have been successful in our funding bid to NLDC to run four courses.  Our first two courses, held on Fridays, will start on 17 September for 6 weeks  The morning session will be for women wanting to learn how to ride a bike and develop their skills and confidence to prepare for riding on the roads.  The afternoon session will be for women wanting to refresh their cycling abilities to become confident and safer cyclists on the roads.  We will be repeating these courses in Spring 2011. Courses held at Ravenswood Primary School in Ipswich.   Please contact us (as above) for further information.  These courses are FREE to women, with bikes and accessories provided by us.
